Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or are not happy with an item, our comprehensive return policy provides you with peace of mind.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights): You have the legal right to cancel and return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a designated third party (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

Extended Return Window: In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn or unused.

  • With tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Perishable goods.

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products or intimate apparel).

  • Gift cards and downloadable software products.

How to Start a Return:

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
