We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification, including a tracking number, when your order has been shipped from our facility in Wenningstedt-Braderup (Sylt), Germany.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (Germany):

• Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)

• Express Shipping (1-2 business days)

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to most countries within the European Union and worldwide. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination (typically 5-14 business days).

• Shipping charges for your specific country will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Barca KG is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned due to unpaid duties, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at nataschajaqueline@atomicmail.io with photos of the damage. If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
